I do not like compromises with food. I like to create food with awesome taste as the only goal.
You see them all the time. “How to make the recipe more healthy by replacing the pasta with asparagus”. OR “a pizza with cauliflower base is as good as one with a normal base”.
You all know that statements like these are completely untrue.
Either you make food with taste in mind, or with health in mind. Or with compromises in mind (quite good health and quite good taste). This is not what we are going to focus on here. Here we only want the taste-part.
